Return & Refund Policy

At BarberCanada, we take pride in providing high-quality barber supplies and men’s grooming products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for opened or used items.

Eligible Returns

  • Only unopened, sealed, and unused products are eligible for return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetic, grooming, or hygiene products.

  • Items that are perishable or personal care products.

  • Tools, scissors, or electric devices once unboxed.

  • Any item marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at sales@barbercanada.ca to request a return

  2. You will receive instructions for shipping the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the product cost only (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Exceptions & Notes

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will not be issued for opened or used items.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions
